Changing your cPanel password is something you can do directly from the Customer Portal
Follow the directions below:
- First of all, after logging in to the Customer Portal click here: My Products
- Next, click on the green 'Active' section next to the domain you are going change the cPanel password for
- Then, on the left hand side under the 'Actions' menu you will see an option: Change Password. Simply click here and you will be able to change your cPanel password
