Restoring your website from a backup Print

All XYZulu Managed Hosting customers that run Wordpress or Joomla automatically have the backup tool Akeeba installed for free. This is a paid product that we provide to you.

You'll see a menu item in your website backend that links to Akeeba. At least once a week we trigger a remote off server backup of your website (there is nothing you need to do, this will be configured for you). If at any time you need to restore your website, you can do this yourself by following the simple steps show in the video below:

How to restore a previous backup using Akeeba

You will normally have access to at least 4 previous backups. If you need any help with restoring a backup, please don't hesitate to contact us.
